*WARMUP: side straddle hop, good mornings, and Willie mays Hayes
*THE THANG: mosey over to parking deck for a Paula Abdul. Up 2 levels and backdown one. We moseyed up the first and pushed it or sprinted up the second level and then moseyed backdown and then did 10 merkins. Repeated and then did 10 merkins and 20 lunges. Repeated did 10 merkins, 20 lunges, and 30 jump squats. Repeated and did 10 merkins, 20 lunges, 30 jump squats, and 40 American hammers. Repeat and finish with 10 merkins, 20 lunges, 30 jump squats, 40 American hammers, and 50 LBC’s.
*THE THANG 2: we did 5 burpees at the top of the stairwell, moseyed to the other stairwell, and did 5 more burpees. We ran down to the bottom floor and did 5 more burpees, ran over to the other side of the parking deck and did 5 more burpees and ran back up the stairs. Moseyed to the bottoms of the stairs.
*THE THANG 3: agility drills. Everyone grabbed a line for 3 rounds of 30 second interval training. We did forward jumps, side jumps, and scissor jumps.
We did a scout run back to the flag.
