19 Pax @ Bandwidth this morning for a partner circuit workout.

After a short warm up, mosey and slalom, listening to Olivia Newton John’s ‘Physical’, to the small parking area of COT.

1) We partnered up for 5 laps around the lot. Partners did 5 laps running in opposite direction, stopping at each corner for 10 reps of an exercise (Merkins, WWII, Squats and Squat Thrust). Each time the partners cross paths, they performed a Burpee.

For stations 2 and 3, teams had the choice of order.

2) Dora at the playground (Run to the tires):
50 Pull Ups
100 WWI
150 Lunges (Single)

3) At the wall, 5 laps up and down the back side of the wall while the other partner waited in People’s Chair.

Prayers for a couple of HIMs getting ready to demonstrate God’s Grace. May God fill them with Grace and grant the patience and peace.
