Round 3: 10-10-10-10
exercises included burpees, Lt. Dan, diamond Merkins; low slow squats, standard merkins, WW2 sit ups, tuck jumps, etc
Start at stage – box jump down, 2 lunges to rocks, Jump up, jump down, lunges 15 ft to sidewalk and 10 merkins
Rinse and repeat the box jumps and lunges then 9 merkins, 8 etc.
