The Thang –
Following warm-up, PAX endured the Ring of Fire. This a time under tension still workout. PAX circle up and rotate an exercise starting with 1 and going up to 5. PAX hold in place. After each set, we took a lap. Sets included: Ruck pulls, Merkins, Squat, Curls.
The inaugural Summer Belt Challenge went to Prius and included the following:
25 ruck squats
25 LSF (ic) with ruck
25 ruck merkins
25 ruck swings
10 sandbag burpees (no ruck)
Ruck toss back to the start for the win.
