With 23 PAX on 1.23.2023, we started the workout with a variety of warm-ups and then made our way to the field for the Thang!
Despite some objections, we stayed with the plan, and slogged our way through most of the Dark Star 600.
PAX began at one corner of the star and traveled to each corner doing 10 sets of one exercise. PAX did two burpees every time they passed through the middle. The goal was to do two rounds of 6 exercises. They included: merkins, jump squats, WWII, plank jacks, squat thrusters and monkey humpers. A few select PAX made it all the way to the 2nd round of plank jacks.
Much like life, F3 throws things at you that make you uncomfortable, but, you push through together. Great work men and way to push through and embrace the suck this morning.
