WARMUP: purpose, values, & disclaimer. SSH, IW, GM, windmills, Willie May Hayes/ SF, downward dogs, runners stretch, merkins Copperhead cadence
THE THANG: mosey to playground for morning call with descending pull-ups by 2 starting with 10 and 10 merkins each time. YHC got excited by learning how to do pull-ups on the swing chains so asked all the pax to try to do a couple of pull-ups on the chain.
Mosey back to parking lot to reveal the 4 5 gallon water bottles. Divided up into 2 teams. One person will farmer carry while the rest of the team do 5 reps and then catch up
With the farmer. Switch out until every person has an opportunity to farmer carry, then switch to new exercise for 5 reps and continue the process. Three exercises were WW 2’s, merkins, burpees. Farmer carry and lunge walk back to flag site.
MARY: WW 3’s with water bottles while others lbc’s, 10 curls and 10 presses while others raise the roof, 5 or 10 single arm row water bottles while others plank hold.
