THE THANG:
Mosey around to play ground the long way and stopped at every intersection for a set of 29 reps, muricans, squats, LBC, wide muricans, sumo squats.
In honor of leap day we did Burpee Broad jumps around the perimeter circle of playground. When the circle was completed we worked out 29 pull-ups. Next was partner work of lunging around perimeter while partner ran the circle and tagged out the lunging partner to keep advancing around the perimeter.
Moseyed on until the next intersections of 29 WW2’s, then finished the last intersection of 29 diamond muricans.

Sufficient suck factor was satisfied and no Mary required.
