Pax took on Febreze’s EMOM style workout
For Five minutes, Pax would exercise for 1.5 minutes, and then run for 1.5 minutes
Exercises included merkins, dry docks, side straddle hop, mountain climbers, squats. Each Exercise was paired with running for separate 5 minute intervals.
PAX returned to Flag for 5 minutes of Mary.
