Warmed up with Boiler Room PAX then rucked up plus one sandbag per PAX and head to the soccer field.
Thing 1
20 clean and press with sandbag, 20 ruck curls. Repeat. Then run across field and back with Ruck on.
20 bent over rows with sandbag, 20 tri extension. Repeat. Then run across field and back with Ruck on.
20 Heavy LBCs, 20 lunges, Repeat. Then run across field and back with Ruck on.
Thing 2
7’s on the small hill next to soccer field.
Heavy squats (ruck and sandbag) at the bottom. Thrusters / ruck on at the top.
Back to the flag with enough time to leap frog pull a 60lb and 40lb sandbag up the hill and back.
Finished with short Mary with Boiler Room Pax.
