PAX: (7) Stay Puff, Flush, Lucky, Bilo, Ham, Hambone
Warm-Up: SSH, Imperial Walker, Millie Mayes Hayes, Good Mornings, & fellowship mozie to the soccer fields.
PAX divided into two teams (3 & 4) for a 3 PAX Dora Double. One PAX conducted exercise for count, one PAX conducted AMRAP exercise until relieved, and one PAX traveling across the field (width wise) at all times. Some PAX modified to stay on the track to keep their shoes dry.
Dora exercises for count: 200 Copperhead Merkins, 400 lunges (each leg counts), & 600 LSF (sc)
AMRAP exercises: plank jacks, mt. climbers, & SSH
Mozied back to gazebo stopping every couple of minutes for rackem/ stackem exercises.
1st stop: 5 burpees
2nd stop: 5 burpees, 10 merkins
3rd stop: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 jump squats
4th stop: 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 jump squats, 20 gas pumpers
This left 7 minutes for Mary. Box cutters, LBCs, Elbow to Knee (ETK), & Homer to Marge
