WARMUP: “Lightning Crashes” set the stage for the warm-up as we started out slowly with Good Mornings and rocked out with SSH.

THE THANG: A long mosey over to the picnic shelter behind Rolesville Elementary set the stage for the days workout. YHC noted it would either be epic or one to never be repeated.
PAX divided into four teams and took turns writing the name of an F3 PAX in the style of Scrabble or a crossword puzzle. Each letter had a corresponding exercise. The team lead the exercises.

There were some clear winners – Underdogs, Dancing Bears and Travolta’s. Losers were definitely the Kraken Burpees. It was also noted that there could have been some additional leg exercises. We got in a lot of ab work though.
And as advertised, the playlist was spot on and we closed out with that college bar favorite – “Closing Time”.
