Lap around the school
As many cycles as you can do in 20 minutes
Thang Two – sprint and plank side shuffle
Split up at the end of the track
group A: do a spring through the cone. Stop. Reset. Sprint back. 4 sprints per set
Partner B: side plank shuffle. Push up, side plank shuffle to the wall. Push up. Side plank shuffle to the fence. 2 times out and back per set
