THE THANG:
We ran to the field at the Elementary school behind us.
1st & 10: 100 yard field, at every 10 yard line, 10 merkins, 1 LBC (4 count) run to end zone, run back to the 20 and do 9 merkins 2 LBC’s and so on.
Heavy Dora:
100 curls,
150 bentover rows
200 goblet squats
Broke into 2 teams. 2 passers (Spit Valve & Secret Sauce) ran several pass plays. If you dropped a catchable pass you had to do 4 burpees. Once back in line 10 merkins. BiLo had to do the most burpees. He was embarrassing.
Last we lined up in the same two teams. 2 guys got down in a bear crawl. I rolled the ball out end over end and they had to bear crawl out to secure the ball. Very passive. No one went after each other.
