4 PAX lifted their National Championship fartsacks to get to The Corral this morning. They understand the next play is the most important play.
THE THANG: Their game today included a two minute Tuesday workout in which they performed the following for two minutes each, followed by a quick 10 count before moving onto the next exercise. Upon finishing Round One, we rucked back to the flag and did another round of each for one minute with no rest in between.
