The thang:
Following a 2 mile route, we moseyed and stopped along the way to do exercises, in this order.
– People’s Chair – 10 count x 11
– WWII – 20 On my up
– Merkins – 20 OYO
– Pull Ups (at the newly discovered playground) – 10 OYO
– Curls and Presses – 15 each, then 10 each, on my up
– Finished with Mary. We almost made it all the way around the circle with everyone calling one exercise.
COT: Still had 11 before Curves had to bail.
