Today 30 fine specimens of men came to the Boiler Room. After a brief warm-up, we dismissed those we questioned as men to walk around the school with backpacks. :-). The rest of us endured round 2 of the paper, rocks, scissors challenge. This time new and improved with more burpees and a run/burpee with any tie. The result…some of us did a lot of burpees. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners (Half-life, Rio, and Little Dingy) got to choose our remaining exercises of 75 LBCs, 50 squats, and 25 Homer to Marge. I threw in some bonus crabcakes and slow-count homer to marge to fill time. Welcome to Febreze as our latest FNG!
