Warm up: Good Morning / Willy Mayes Hayes / Helicopters/Merkins / Downward Dog
Thang 1: Mosey to SEBTS Quad. On each of walking paths (6) PAX paired up to run across the quad for a set of exercises. On the Chapel side, 10 Squat Thrusts and on opposite side of quad 10 LT Dan’s. After each PAX completed the 6 Rounds of running + exercise, moved on to thing 2.
