Thang 2:
3 Rounds of OYO Work, with an ~100M run in between rounds
• 5 Pull Ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Bobby Hurleys, 20 WWIIs
• 10 Pull Ups, 20 Merkins, 30 Bobby Hurley’s, 40 WWII’s
• 15 Pull Ups, 30 Merkins, 45 Bobby Hurleys, 60 WWIIs
Thang 3:
Pax run to front playground for Color Wheel. Pax spun color wheel for corresponding exercises. Total Reps increased in number with each spin, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25,30.
