PAX: 5 (Klinger, Meter Maid, Soft Trail, Stairway)
Following the warm-up, PAX headed over the hill behind YMCA field and did a set of 35s with squats and WWII.
Once nice and loose, PAX headed over the shady area of the park for 2 sets of 7-14-21. Like a ladder with marks about 20, 35, 50 yards apart, PAX did 7 reps, ran to first mark and did 7. The exercise repeats with 14, run to 35 yds and do 14. Run back and do 21 out to 50 yds and do exercise and run back.
Once completed we had just enough time to complete 10 Bobby Hurleys and 10 hand release merkins on travel back to the flag.
With one minute to spare, PAX did burpees to wrap it up.
