Mosey up the hill- 5 irkins alt 5 plank jacks on each step
Moseyed to the opposite side of the dam and picked out a medium size block for some 11s.
–Head/shldr/knee/toes
*DL to thigh, front raise, pull to chest, overhead, tricep, pull to chest, press, down to thigh, to ground
-squat jump
—hill sprints were the mode up with mosey down
Then moseyed to top of the dam where 5 exercises with a rep count of 280(October 8= 280th day). Reps split into 4 sets(20/15/12/9) with 3 gasers at 10/20/30 yards.
