THE THANG:
Mosey around park to get to playground for a Morning call of descending by 2 pull-ups and then rounds of 10 merkins, squats, WW2’s, wide grip merkins, and lieutenant Dans. Mosey to the bottom of lot and back with some squats to wait for 6, finish mosey to car for skateboards.
Rounds of board swapping after doing 10 reps for cumulative of 40 reps of Wide grip merkin, staggered squats on each leg, Jack knives, (Justin had enough at this point) narrow grip merkins, backwards lunge each leg, then 30 Homer to Marge with skateboard.
