We broke up into teams of four to mythbust the 2022 IronPax Week 4 (Death by Skinny Runner).
We completed the following workout relay-style. You could tap out to your next team member at any point, who would pick up the exercise or run wherever you left off.

Our best team completed the circuit in 28:30, with the others close behind. A liar, I mean PAX, named Retina from Boise supposedly completed the workout by himself in 26:44. Three miles of running plus all the exercises…FALSE! We had four guys all-out sprinting our laps and passing off burpees after five reps, and we still couldn’t beat that time. Turning water into wine, restoring sight to the blind…completing this in 26:44.
