Warm up: ssh, hillbillies, c-pickers, sir fazio, Moroccan night clubs, imperial walkers.
Thing: Memory lane, travel to historic spots through out dark knights history.
Stop 1. Site for the spartan 300, the only work out to break Klinger. Lung walk length of field.
Stop 2. Back soccer field, when we first began Moonshine was instrumental in helping us start, it was may 4th so he introduce the death star work out. We completed star jumps to commemorate this work out.
Stop 3. The mini picnic park. The spot of the great Bees infestation. L/R step ups, dips urkins.
Stop 4. The veterans memorial, so many of our workouts have been about honoring our veterans. 22 merkins in honor of our falling military members.
Stop 5. The night that the bear crawl became the penguin crawl because the side walk was all ice.
Stop 6. Our go to rock pile by the bridge, so many versions of workout happened here. Curls, triceps extensions, bent over rows and kumomatata’s.
Stop 7. Lindsey hill, a short and steep hill that has been the host of tons of versions of 7’s. 7 merkins on the bottom of the hill, 7- 2 count flutters on top.
Stop 8. Stairway’ build a burpee workout spot. 15 burpees.
Stop 9. YMCA pool. The 1 and only multi circuit pool work out. The pool is closed so we did plank jacks to honor this workout.
Stop 10. Back at the flag, turned over to Stairway to close out the workout with a 10 count “demotivator” In honor of Kasivac.

Finally, I can not express enough the gratitude to each of the men of F3 who have stood by my side, prayed for me and my family, shared thier time and energy through the many workouts, extra events meals and fellowship. I could not have found a more fulfilling group to help me grow in my personal life and spiritual life. The hardest part of moving is having to say goodbye to you guys. I know we will continue to be friends no matter where life may take us! Love you guys!
