11 brave souls battled it out at the Armory this morning. The usual NE Wake warm-up. Then shopping for rocks. Did descending circuits (20 – 15 – 10) of the following with a run in between each set: curls, triceps, rows, LBCs, crab cakes, American hammers, squats, Bobby Hurleys, and star jumps. Then to kill time, we took different modes of transportation to different locations and did sets of 10 ala carte exercises…PAX choice.
