Following a brief warm-up, PAX proceeded to the Thang.
YHC underestimated how easy the workout I found and so we modified it to make it harder.
The EMOM workout was to include 8 activities, repeated 5 times. They included:
- Kettlebell Swings
- Goblet Squats
- Clean and Press
- Bent Over Rows
- Alternating Reverse Lunges
- Merkins
- Suitcase Carry March
- Rest
We made it through 4 rounds and with not much time remaining, YHC agreed with the PAX to end with MARY.
