After warm-up, which really wasn’t warm because it was so freaking windy we never warmed-up, we ran over to shelter behind Rolesville Elementary.

Divided up into three teams and played game of F3 Scrabble. There were lots of burpees, later converted into Bobby Hurley’s for some and lots of Travolta’s.

It was very windy and very cold the entire workout and many wanted to break and go to Q Source as soon as possible. However, it was disallowed by the site-Q for obvious reasons.

We ended with COT which included various announcements and prayer concerns that I can’t recall right now.
