WARMUP: Standard Rio warm up, but in 12 Rep
THE THANG: 28 Jolly Elves joined YHC for a mid tempo workout based around the numbers 12 & 24.
1st, we did a 4 parking lot island suicide, with 6 Merkins each island for a warm-up total of 24.
2nd thing up was a set of “12’s” over by the little amphitheater with the three rows of benches and under the building overhang. V-Ups down by the pond. Dips up under the building overhang .
3rd (Main Event) Parking Decl the Halls.
We moseyed over to parking deck two, the larger one, where we would perform 24 repetitions of an exercise, then travel as a group to the next level. Modes of travel varied, but here is the list of exercises

We stopped to admire the most beautiful sunrise in the region. That’s where we took our photo.
Made our way down the parking deck staircase, and slowly made our way back towards the flag, where we grabbed non-traveling rocks.
