The Thang: Load up with sandbag and ruck and commence movement stopping at designated points along the way to complete 10 reps of each exercise for each of the 6 branches of service.

1 Army: ruck squats & deadlift
2. Navy: bent‑over ruck rows & ruck merkins
3. Air Force: ruck flutter kicks (ic) & ruck push press
4. Marines: sandbag cleans & lunges
5. Coast Guard:40m bear‑hug sandbag carry & ruck curls
6. Space Force: ruck avalanche & Homer-to -Marge
