28 HIMs stepped up for the 8th Annual Burpee Golf Challenge at Agoge this morning, with one doing AluminumPax. This coincides with the 11 year anniversary of the Agoge AO and the 8 year F3versary of YHC.

WARMUP:
18 SSH and we were off and running!
THE THANG:
Run from tee to green on all 9 holes of Paschal Golf Club, performing burpees near each green.

• 5 burpees – double bogey
• 10 burpees – bogey
• 15 burpees – par
• 20 burpees – birdie
• 25 burpees – eagle

The PAX kept track of their scores, pushing themselves to gain one extra stroke, beat last year’s score, etc.

We started on hole 4 this year and successfully avoided Karen at the clubhouse turn, while also avoiding the horrendous climb back to the summit we’ve endured in years past.

Nine! men eagled all 9 holes and faced off for a one minute burpee-off. Congrats to Boingo (Jeffrey Christensen), Chet Ripley (Elton Smith), Crash Course (Robert Peters), Jiffy pop (Prabhu), Prius – Ryan McCallum, Matt (Squirmy), and Tube Top (Matt Boretti), but they all finished just behind runner-up Rio (Andrew DiGiovanni) and three-time champion emilalexander38 .
