THE THANG:
1st and 5
One partner stays in a plank or hollow hold position while one partner runs to designated location to perform exercise. All exercises done with coupon

1. 25 4 count flutter kicks
2. 50 gobbler squats
3. 25 wind shield wipers
4. 50 calf raises
5. 25 WW1

For reps we then did 1 minutes of merkins and WW2 OYO

We then did a .75 mile Indian run with back of pax doing 5 merkins before sprinting to catch up
