Backblast! Wuzonka trash can

WARMUP:
THE THANG: Wuzonka ball was back with 4 on 4. Rolled ankles was the theme. First on was Sgt Hulka who played it off by rolling onto the ground then touched it out to only their the next day. A few minutes Tarzan followed it with a more intense ankle roll that sent him to walk it off mode that is still continuing to this very moment. So far the first time in NE wake play history we played with a John as YHC fulfilled the John role and suddenly defense for harder for everyone except the John who played no defense.
As a break we introduced the trash can game. A very simple game where the pax hold hands in a circle around a trash can. A group effort then works to drag a random pax to touch the can. If pax touches can then they are out to perform 4 corners of 10 burpees, 20 muricans, 30, squats, and 40 lbc’s until the game ends. No more than 2 hand breaks can occur between the same pax or else both are out.

Followed up with 2 Wuzonka game with tall guys versus short guys but one more pax than tall guys. Tarzan served as John and remain in center position. Game ended up pretty close.
