20 Pax Converged at Bandwidth for a high tempo workout.

Warmup: SSH, Good Mornings, Hillbillies, Squat Thrusts, a jacked up version of Willie Mays Hays

The Thang:
1 – Dora with 3 Pax: two run around the parking lot, one exercising. 100 Merkins
200 Squats
300 Zombie Crunches (Half L/Half R)

2 – 5 Minute relay – one always moving between the end of the track and the tires. Exercise were Squats at the tires and Squat Thrust at the end of the track.

In between we rested on People’s Chair at the wall, 10 count each.

3 – Dora with 3 Pax: two run around the playground, one exercising.
30 Pull Ups
90 Jump Squats

4 – 3 minute relay – one always moving on the track end to end.
Exercise were Merkins and CBLs
