Mosey back to lake Myra

Exercise 2: lunge walk across parking lot; every other line 5 hand-released merkins

Exercise 3: stair run; 1 pax runs the 3 stair flights while remaining Pax wall sit and pass block back and forth until all Pax have run.

Exercise 4: basketball – king of the court
