Ironpax week 1 created a sweat swamp in the beautiful confines of Knightdale Station Park. We didn’t even smell the aromas of smoked meats. As soon as 5:30 came the 45 minute timer of cinder block pumping and jumping began. All of us survived with2-3 making it past 320 reps. 2 blocks were broken. One FNG was bewildered yet conquered to get a name.
