THE THANG: To commemorate seven years of being a scourge on this organization, YHC put together a seven inspired playlist to set the time. First, we ran seven circles around the flag, stopping to do seven Merkins at the start. 8 reps on the last round to make a total of 50.

Mosey down to the Southridge parking lot and completed a set of what else, 7’s!!!

Onto the North parking lot where we picked up coupons and did a quick 7×3 Curl builder. 7 lower. 7 upper. 7 full curls.

The Main Event.
Coupons in hand, Pax were challenged to complete as many Rounds as possible of the following exercises, followed by a Lap around the lot.
