WARMUP: side straddle hops, hillbilly, good morning, mountian climbers
THE THANG: Chet led the pax on a leisurely .5 mile mosey around the circuit. The pax then divided between evens and odds and counted off 1-3. Each member when to their corresponding station and begin their workouts. When one member finished he would go and assist the next member. So on until all 6 workouts were complete. The pax made a valiant effort but ultimately no one finished the workout.
