We had 7 pax out for my first Q this morning at Excalibur. We did 5 burpees, 10 Jump Squats, 15 merkins, and 20 lunges and then ran about a quarter mile around the soccer field. We did this 3 times and stopped at the 4 corners after that a couple of times to pick a F3 workout playing card exercise like 15 Freddie Mercury’s and 15 American Hammer as examples. We finished the time up with 62 birthday burpees for a fellow pax. I appreciate Hammer, Kubota, Sharkbait, Tarzan, Bill Nye, and Cousteau supporting me this morning.
