THE THANG: Three PAX completed a modified DORA. Each PAX completed the following reps and exercises. If they needed to pause in reps, then PAX traveled 50 yards out and back with a sandbag carry of their choice, only no traditional carry (sandbags across the back)

100 Heavy Squats (with Rucks, Sandbag, or both)
150 Heavy LSF (L/R = 1)
2nd Cycle
50 Bent Over Rows (Ruck or Sandbag)
100 Heavy Calf raises (Rucks & Sandbag)
150 Heavy LBC
