GT lead the PAX through a solid warm-up and then we made our way to the field at Sanford Creek for the first-ever F3 Battle Ball.
The PAX formed four teams and played 2 – 15 minute matches. The objective of the game was similar to F3 Frisbee, however, instead of throwing a frisbee, we used a weighted ball. The original plan was to do a burpee every time a ball was dropped. Some PAX had their own interpretation of the rules and some avoided the rule all together and scraped the burpees. Either way, a good time was had by all.
We returned to the Gazebo just in time for the annual F3 NE Wake Dirty Santa party. We had biscuits (supplied by Menthol Joel Cade)and donuts (supplied by Spit Valve Geoffrey Kutch , coffee brewed by Rio Andrew DiGiovanni and Coquito (supplied by Thing Ariel Rosario). And there was lots of fun and laughter and too much to write about (some actually shouldn’t be in print). Note: If you have pics, feel free to share/add in the comments.
