Backblast! Suicide Shelter

WARMUP: Thanks to NE Wake traffic. Stairway led the warm-up. And thanks to the rain, I had to improvise my workout under the shelter.
THE THANG: We tool a lap around both shelters and then proceeded to do suicides, stopping at the last line to do a descending set of exercises from 20, 15, 10, to 5. We did the following.
- Merkins
- Monkey Humpers
- Jump Squats
- Homer to Marge
- And on the last set, Crush choose to do a bear crawl set. We bear crawled to first line for 20 LBC, then to the second for 15 LBCs, then the third for 10 LBCs and then finally run back for 5 LBCs.
