AO: The Corral
Following a warm-up, the PAX were treated to a soon to be Corral trademark. The All You Can Eat workout.
PAX had 20 minutes to complete as many rounds of the following workout as possible. After the first round, 5 reps were added to each subsequent round.
5 – Sandbag Burpees
5 – Ruck Squats
5 – Mt. Climbers (4-count)
5 – Ruck Merkins
5 – WWII w/ruck
5 – Ruck/Sandbag curls
A few PAX completed the round of 20 within time. Following a 10-count, PAX had another 20 minutes to work their way back down starting with the highest number completed. We ran out of town before completion.
