THE THANG:
Split into 4 teams. After selecting a captain, each picked their first card “randomly “ and all selected the Ace.
After buying in with 25 Burpees, each group travelled to the four stations picking up one card at a time and performing the prescribed exercise.
Because all teams picked up all their cards with 15 left, teams started dropping the cards at the COT area doing the exercise and running a lap around the building in between, thanks Sharkbait (Jarrod Scott) for the idea.
Most teams dropped 6-7 cards before times was up.
