THE THANG: mosey over to soccer field and I had coupons lined up along the line. We had 15 exercises with reps listed for each. After each exercise we would murder bunny 20 yards, mosey 40 yards, and then AYG 40 yards. At the other line do 10 merkins, then mosey 40 yards, AYG 40 yards, and red rum back to the start line and begin again with a different exercise.
