Fourteen PAX sweated out Rio’s All-American, 1776, America’s 250th Celebration Q at Boiler Room while listening to a Zero Country Independence Day playlist that rocked out from sea to shining sea.
580 reps completed in all.
Fairly standard Warm-up: 17 Side Straddle Hops. 8 Good Mornings. 18 Imperial Walkers (ECU Math), & 17 Sir Fazio Arm Circles.
First up: 1776 X3
Run a lap around the Circle, do 17 Hand Release Merkins- Run a lap, perform 76 Side Straddle Hops
Run 2 laps, knock out 17 Lt. Dans- Run 2 laps, on your 6 for 76 LBC’s
Run a lap, do 17 Burpees- Run a lap, do 76 Mountain Climbers (SC).
Mosey north to the grassy quad beside the rear parking lot, grab coupons.
Here we honored America by accounting for the “Stars & Stripes” of our nation’s flag. 250 Reps & 50 Star Jumps.
We would sprint each Red stripe, then perform a Coupon weighted exercise either 19 or 20 reps. 250 divided by 1131 = more ECU math.
We would mosey or travel by other MOT back across the field to represent each White stripe on Old Glory. On the White end, we would do 19 or 20 reps of exercises; mostly Abs. A Bear Crawl, Karaoke, goose step were among some of the alternate modes of travel.
Before each Stripe, we did 4 Star Jumps towards the 50 star total. Again, I believe ECU math gave us 52 States, or something close to that total.
Reds: 19 Overhead Press- 19 Curls (for the American Gurls)- 20 Bent Rows- 19 Thrusters- 19 Heavy Callf Raises- 20 Heavy Freddie’s (IC)
Whites: 20 Low Slow Flutters (IC)- 19 Reverse Lunges- 10 Shakeira’s Ea. Side- 20 World War II”s- 20 American Hammers- 19 Bobby Hurley’s
