THE THANG: PAX escorted 2 logs and 8 kettlebells to movie theater parking lot, split into 2 teams and did a Dora style workout:
2 Pax did log carry around parking lot while the 3rd performed various kettlebell movements including: kneeling Tri extension, kneeling curls, squats with two kettle bells, overhead press. PAX rotated off the logs to the kettle bells as time aloud.
