THE THANG:
Round of 7's with 50 yard sprint in between. Exercises: burpees and lt. dans
Now warmed up, moseyed over to grab a block and bring to the field. PAX paired up and completed 3 partner challenges against another pair of PAX. Losing pair did 5 burpees then rotated to compete against another winner(or loser). The three rounds of exercises all lasted 4 minutes:
1: Partner A → RDLs
Partner B → Crucible Merkins
Switch when needed

2: A: Thrusters(20 yards)
B: Murder Bunny out, redrum back
Switch after murder bunny lap
Score = Total thrusters
3: A → Bear Crawl out(20 yards), redrum back
B → plank jacks
Switch after round of crawls.
