Thang Two: Coupon Field Drills OYO
Cones placed at 10 yard increments out to 50 yards. After 50, another cone at 75 and 100 yards
Each trip down, we do an exercise with coupon – 10 at first cone, 8 at second, 6 at third, 4 at fourth, 2 and fifth. In between, pax has choice of travel (rifle carry, suitcase, jog)
At fifth cone, the coupon is left. There is a travel between the two cones that will be called
Round One:
- Out: curls – striders, high knees
- Back: mosey, Bernie sanders: thrusters
Round Two:
- Out: tricep extensions – Carioca left, Carioca right
- Back: sprint, mosey – weighted LBCs
Round Three:
- Out: weighted squats – bear crawl, skip hops
- Back: crawl bear, mosey – shoulder press
Round Four:
- Out: block merkins – mosey, shuffle left
- Back: shuffle right, mosey – block jump overs – one is one
