THE THANG:
Thang 1:
4 teams of 4 performed a relay race where team members would alternate between running, walking lunges, burpee broad jumps, and LBCs. Any time you passed a team member, you traded exercises. Winning teams completed 10 total laps.
Thang 2:
Beep Test. While an audio track played continuous start/stop queues, each PAX would run out 20 meters and return to the start. Take a 10 second break. Repeat 30 times, getting slightly faster each time. Goal was to do as many of the full 20 meter sets as possible. Once each PAX dropped off the pace, 15 meters or 10 meters were available to keep moving. Melamine wanted to continue to 40 reps, but we only did 30.
