Mozie to the rock pile and grab a non-traveling rock
Thing 1: PAX complete the following exercises, then run across the parking lot and back. Repeat until Q calls time.
- 5 burpees
- 10 merkins
- 15 coupon overhead presses
- 20 shoulder taps (count 1)
PAX completed 4 cycles
Thing 2: Partner up. One PAX runs around the perimeter of the parking lot while the other PAX completes the exercises below until the other PAX returns, then PAX swap spots.
- 10 curls
- 12 triceps extension
- 15 lock heads
- 10 WWI (PAX choice, with or without rock)
Swap continuously until time is called and mozie back to the flag.
