WARMUP: the usual suspects
THE THANG:
PAX split up into six teams of three. Each lining up behind one of the five logs and the small tire.PAX we then split up and have one person flipping the log or tire while the other person was doing various walking/running coupon movements at four minute intervals. At the end of each four minute interval, the PAX rotated to the next log or tire in sequence.
